This Privacy and Cookies Policy sets out the terms on which personal data is processed and protected and cookies and the technologies such as Google Analitycs, Google Adwords, Facebook Pixel are applied in connection with the Website and the services offered thereon being used by the Users.

The controller of the User’s personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is the Controller.
The User may transfer their personal data to the Controller using the forms available on the Website, specifically, the form used to upload their video to the Controller's server.
The legal basis for processing the Users’ personal data is the agreement.
Personal data provided to the Controller by the User in the order form is processed to perform the agreement and meet the Controller’s statutory (e.g. tax and accounting) obligations. The User provides their data voluntarily; this is, however, necessary for the User to execute an agreement with the Controller.
The Controller may forward the personal data to entities commissioned to achieve the purposes listed in the preceding points (e.g. web hosting companies)
